Job Description


NuCO2, the largest, best, and only national provider of beverage grade CO2 to the Foodservice and Hospitality Industry is a growth company.

This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the depot and related customer base including production scheduling, manpower planning, maintenance scheduling, safety, training and government, state and company regulation compliance forty percent of the time. Other duties include  completing new installs and service work.



Directly supervises 1-5 employees in the depot. Adheres to and enforces the organization’s policies, procedures and Federal/State applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and counseling employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Responsible for new tank installations, repairs, and customer service.

Job Requirements


  • Directly supervises 1-5 drivers and/or installation technicians.
  • Adheres to and enforces the organization’s policies, procedures and Federal/State applicable laws.  
  • Interviewing, hiring and training employees for departments.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work of subordinates.
  • Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.
  • Addressing employees concerns, complaints, and resolving those concerns.



  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Effectively write reports and business correspondence.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees and managers.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient computer skills. MS office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
  • Experience using Digital Dashboard, NuWeb, and associated routing tools preferred.
  • Experience with pressurized systems preferred
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to a minimum of 135 lbs.
  • Ability to climb in and out of truck multiple times a day.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Associates degree or bachelors preferred.



  • A minimum of two years experience as a supervisor preferred.
  • A minimum of one year driving experience in a CDL A or B vehicle.


  • CDL – B
  • HAZMAT endorsement
  • Tanker endorsement
  • No air brake restrictions

  • Must be able to direct lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Must be able to maneuver CO2 tanks weighing up to 750 lbs. and 6 ft. tall
  • Ability to climb in and out of truck multiple times a day.
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Frequent walking and standing.
  • Must be able to work at different height levels.
  • Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures (hot or cold depending upon season and depot location).
  • Must be able to wear all required PPE, (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toed boots, and gloves as needed).
  • Physical job demands attached.



  • Need to be flexible enough to cover subordinates shift as needed.  
  • Must have a clean driving record that meets Safety’s point system
